Intuitive Trigger Point Therapy

Trigger point therapy uses extended pressure holds on areas known as “trigger points” to release tension from the muscles and connective tissue. This works with the nervous system over time to reset old holding patterns that the body has developed over time from postural habits and repetitive motion. It works to alleviate pain patterns and help the body feel more at ease by re-establishing better muscular health and range of motion. Elizabeth has developed a gentle style all her own that uses energetic intuitiveness to gently find and pinpoint tension and holding areas.
